Who we are

calmfront.co is operated by ECOMX LLC, 3833 Powerline Road, Suite 101, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, USA (“CalmFront”, “we”). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our site or buy from us.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, shipping address and what you bought.
• Payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Whop. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages you send us, for example support emails.
• Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived (for example an ad link). Whop’s measurement script and Meta’s (Facebook’s) pixel set cookies and read device and browser identifiers on every page to measure this.
• Ad tags: when you arrive from an ad, we save the ad’s tracking tags (utm values and the Facebook click ID) in your browser’s local storage for 7 days and pass them to Whop at checkout, so we know which ad led to a sale.
• Purchases and Meta: when you buy, we send Meta the order event (order number, value, quantity) together with your email, name and shipping city, state, postal code and country in hashed (scrambled) form, plus your IP address, browser type and Meta’s browser and click IDs. Meta uses this to match the purchase to an ad. This is Meta’s Conversions API.

Do Not Track

Our site does not change its behavior when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. Whop’s measurement script and Meta’s pixel may collect information about your activity over time and across websites. See Whop’s privacy policy.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order, including warranty and returns.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
• To understand which pages and ads work, and to show relevant ads.
• To send order updates. We only send marketing email if you agree, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with: Whop (payments, checkout and site measurement; Whop uses its own payment and fraud-prevention providers), our manufacturing and fulfillment partners and shipping carriers (to deliver your order), and Meta (Facebook), as described above. Meta uses this data to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who may be interested, including people who visited our site. Under some state laws, such as California’s, this counts as “sharing” for targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for advertising, by emailing support@ecomx.io. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

To opt out of ads based on your visits here, email us and we will stop sending your data to Meta. You can also change your Meta ad preferences, read Meta’s privacy policy, or opt out with many ad companies at once at YourAdChoices.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal obligations, then delete them.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
