The guarantee

You can return CalmFront Air for any reason within 30 days of delivery and get a full refund of the price you paid.

How to return

1. Email support@ecomx.io with your order number and the email you used at checkout.
2. We reply within one business day with our US returns address and instructions.
3. Pack the monitor and power adapter and send it to that US address with a tracked service. Please send us the tracking number.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Returning part of a multi-monitor order? We refund the price you paid for each monitor you send back.

Return postage

If your unit is faulty or arrived damaged, return postage is on us: we’ll send a prepaid label or a replacement. For any other reason, you pay the postage to our US returns address, and we refund the full price you paid for the product.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order that hasn’t shipped yet for a full refund. Just email us.
