Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost

Shipping is free. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

How long it takes

Orders ship from our US warehouse, by tracked shipping. They usually leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 3 to 7 business days from the day you order. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

If there is a delay

If we can’t ship your order in the time stated above, we’ll email you with a new shipping date and give you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your CalmFront Air arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and a photo for damage). We’ll send a replacement or refund you in full.
