Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and include free shipping to US addresses. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. If an item can’t be supplied, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Whop. Your card is charged when you place your order.

Product use

CalmFront Air measures indoor air conditions for general information. It is not a medical device, and it is not a carbon monoxide or smoke alarm. Do not rely on it for life safety. Keep certified alarms installed. Research referenced on our site is about air in general, much of it outdoor air, not about this device.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
